Regarding your daughter, we usually include descendants in the legal processing, i will inform you about that when i get the information from the ministry on submitting that of you and your wife. The payment procedures, we prefer Western Union Money Transfer because we find it more swift and based on some difficulties some clients encounter while making payments through Credit Cards and Paypal i decided to receive the processing charges through Western Union with the help of my Account Officer/Cashier HALEDA BINTI HALID.

After due contract legalization,your documents has to be passed through the Ministry of Works for registration of your academic certificates for license approval to operate in the Company's sector as a SENIOR PIPING MATERIAL ENGINEER & SENIOR STRESS & PIPING ENGINEER respectively.Your documents has to be sent to the list to various Ministry for endorsement and legalization processes as instructed by the Malaysia Immigration Services and Ministry of Foreign Affairs for proper documentation for all Foreign / Non Malaysian expatriate.We also realized that the necessary endorsement by Works and Internal Affairs has to be done in line with the Expatriates Quota Bill for your employment by the Ministry of Internal Affairs as we spoke with your Employers which will guarantee swift issuance of visa and work/resident permit for your status. Hence you are required to also scan a copies of your academic certificates / credentials for the Endorsement and Registration process for your Work permit approval as requested by the Malaysia Immigration Services and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Your Letter of Good Conduct documents prepared by us has to be sent to Kepong so as to be endorsed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and registered by the Ministry of Works so that you can be in line with other international expatriates in your team. Due to the urgency and exigency involved in this, I would be sending my personal secretary to go and perform this task immediately so that the Hard copies of your Letter of Good Conduct documents would be dispatched to your designated address at the earliest so that you can assume your working activities as.We have duly authorized your Company to include your name in the list of expatriates sent to the Immigration Services while we finalize the necessary ministerial and necessary formalities. This protocols has to be duly followed for Work permit approval. Kindly send to my office,all original scanned copies of your academic credentials cum licenses to complete this last legal formalities for Work permit approval.
Therefore, I would like to intimate you that some expenses has to be made which would definitely be the last expenses in relation to your Affidavit because my personal secretary will leave immediately to Kepong for the Endorsement and Registration purposes.I,therefore, detail to you the expenses that has to be made:

Ministry of Works(Registration for Personal): MYR 3,250
Travel expenses of my secretary: MYR 3,40

Grand Total MYR 6,900 + MYR 6,900 + MYR 3,100 = MYR 16,900 (Sixteen Thousand, Nine Hundred Malaysian Ringgit) This is the last and final fees you are required to pay and there will not be any more fees required as this is the final/last legal formalities.
We are sorry about the inconveniences of this development.Be highly rest assured that this is the final procedure and after this fees has been paid, I would immediately send my secretary to Kepong to complete the formalities immediately and as such you would be getting your Letter of Good Conduct from the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs immediately which will enable your Company (UNIGAS MALAYSIA) to reimburse you all the expenses you made at once.
Note that the payment of 16,900.00 MYR (Sixteen Thousand, Nine Hundred Malaysian Ringgit only) and academic credentials/licenses has to be made available immediately before the end of Friday 10th July 2013 through the same details as before to enable me send my secretary at once to Kepong so that I can dispatch to you your Letter of Good Conduct documents by it's tomorrow or next at the earliest.I want to send every documents to you at once so that you will be rest assured of by efficiency in services.
