Demetri, Я думаю, если тема будет выпонять функцию репозитария для резюме, ссылок на резюме, сертификатов и т.д. Потенциальный работодатель заходя на сайт, будет реагировать на слово "Резюме", соответственно выбирать подходящее. Конечно, резюме можно и нужно дублировать в изначальной теме.

У меня знакомый из Крыма, рвется на работу в Малайзию.
Сейчас он пишет резюме, но это то, то он заканчивал и умеет делать.
Может, кто прочитав, вспомнит, что в Малайзии ему найти 1-2-3 работы из его списка!?
образование высшее - бакалавр философии/религиоведения, преподаватель гуманитарных дисциплин (Острожская академия), сейчас как раз после расформирования нашего отдела пошел по диплому в школу преподавать.. Ну и английский тоже иногда преподаю по замене, хотть и не по диплому, но знаю неплохо.
съемка, монтаж, студийная работа, режиссура, в принципе, на компьютере многое (кроме, увы программирования), ну и чему научат доброму, правда, увы, строитель из меня навряд ли выйдет хороший, в плане ремонта руки растут не из того места, но с техникой дружу.
еще преподавал съемку и создание видео от сценария до авторинга.
кстати, экскурсии для туристов могу проводить))) язык подвязан)))

Я конечно дико извиняюсь, но мне кажется, что большинство выложивших свои резюме совершенно не понимают как устроен рынок рабочей силы в западных странах.
Ни один работодатель никогда не примет на работу человека, который пишет о себе, как о высоко квалифицированным слесаре - гинекологе. Как ни странно, но во многих странах "слесарь" и "гинеколог" это немного разные специальности.
Про то, что ни один мало мальски уважающий себя работодатель не будет прыгать по форумам в надежде найти себе сотрудника, я и не говорю.
